Controlling paper arms to move by oil pressure, it's convenient to operation,The multi-point brake
controls tension precisely and the electric proportionalvalve further improves the sensitivity and
accuracy.The synergistic effect of the two can ensure stable paper feeding even at high speed,
effectively preventtearing or wrinkling caused by tension fluctuations. The brake disc is processed
by HAOSHENG CNC center which is sensitive and has a long service life. It performs well in the
case of qradual deceleration and emergency stop.

This unit uses a servo motor to control the 20mm reverse crank shaft which can press the paper
tightly against the polyurethane rubber roller so as to decurle and prvent coating cracks.

We upgraded the strip belts to a mesh belt which improved smoothness

completely eliminated the risk of sheet edge hitting the belt edge and

significantly improved the stability of sheets transportation.We design two

sets of adsorption devices which cacn gradually reduce the transporting

velocity so as to facilitate sheets collection and cancel sheets pressing wheels
no longer worry about scratches.

The interface and HZU processor mainly used for the input of production data monitoring of
equipment operating status and system fault indication.The rotary horizontal cutter is driven by
Kymmene TISMGIK drive with fast operation and accurate positioning based on peoduction and
actual speed from pulling roller feedback by encoder.
